  1. Use our enquiry form to request for quote. Please give as much detail as possible.
  2. We will email a quotation within 24 - 48 hours.
  3. If you are satisfied with our quotation we will require payment of 50% deposit of the value of the quotation with the balance to be paid before dispatch of goods.
  4. Goods remain the property of EcoPost until fully paid for.
  5. Payment can be made by MPesa, cheque or bank transfer.
  6. For MPesa, simply select ‘Buy Goods’on your MPesa Menu. Enter the Ecopost till Number, 999 299, and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
  7. Cheques are to be written in favour of Ecopst Ltd.
  8. Typical delivery schedule is 2 days to 1 week unless stated otherwise. If there is ever a delay or a longer lead time, our representative will contact you with accurate delivery information.
